MCCA is a professional association of Police Chief Executives representing the largest cities in the United States and Canada. MCCA membership is comprised of Chiefs and Sheriffs of the sixty-eight largest law enforcement agencies in the United States and nine largest in Canada. They serve 82 million people with a workforce of 253,000 officers and non-sworn personnel.

MCCA’s strategic goals are to:
