Megan Noland

Director of Special Projects

Megan Noland is the Director of Special Projects for the Major Cities Chiefs Association. Previously, she was the Director of Government Affairs and Senior Advisor to the Sheriff at the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office in Michigan. She worked closely with the Michigan Legislature and United States Congress to get legislation passed on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office and the Major County Sheriffs of America. Additionally, she was the Political Director for Sheriff Michael J. Bouchard and managed his reelection campaigns. Prior to working at the Sheriff’s Office, she worked for Senate Majority Leader Randy Richardville and managed his senatorial campaigns. Megan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Michigan in 2008. She graduated from the Michigan State University Michigan Political Leadership Program (MPLP) in 2015. In January 2019, she was selected as one of the ‘Elite 40 Under 40’ in Oakland County.
