Human Resources Committee Report

The MCCA Human Resources Committee has completed its report on recruiting. Each year the committee selects a topic of concern and interest and prepares a report to assist agencies in addressing the topic. This report "To Serve Better By Reflecting the Community" addressing issues and challenges in recruiting and selection.
